This place was great for me and my wife’s honeymoon getaway. The breakfast was delicious and they would change it up some days. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed free bike rides and miniature golf. This place was close to the enchanted park entrance which took us 3 different days to explore. We also enjoyed the hot tub although it didn’t bubble as much as I thought but honestly such a minor inconvenience compared to our overall amazing stay here. Highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was great. Aspen condos are nice and quiet but old and several things were broken or didn't work. Great location. The Alpine Spa is AWESOME. A bit pricey for the condos. If you want to enjoy a relaxing getaway do not stay in the hotel side, grab a condo or suite. Private and quiet. No room service. Beds are comfy. Spa bath is great.

We stayed in the suites, so our view might be a little different. Great location if you like a hotel farther away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Nice amenities, although the restaurant and the complimentary breakfast were just average at best. Lots of kids, if you don't mind screaming babies, this is the place to stay.

I stayed at The Icicle Village Resort for Oktoberfest with a group of four of us. The rooms were spacious nice bathroom we had an issue with our fire detector. It was beeping they took care of it and replaced the battery quickly the free breakfast was a little better than your typical, it’s a little bit of a walk to town very cute with a restaurant and a wine tasting and a mini golf area is on the expensive side. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there again, but overall good experience.

The location is great and close to downtown. It’s also a short walk to the the alpine adventure park which we all loved after riding the mountain coasters. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views but the pillows and beds were a little uncomfortable. The kids loved the 18 hole miniature golf course. We did not eat at the restaurant due to having 3 kids and the restaurant was geared more for adults. The breakfast was great with many options for everyone and all ages. The staff was super friendly and helpful except for one person driving the golf cart aggressively in the parking lot while we were loading our car on check out day. Overall the comfort of the beds need attention but the hotel stacked up to the other reviews for price, breakfast, views, and friendly staff.

Our room was clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept great (I've been in mattress sales for over 10 years, and I'm picky). The best part was when a staff member came to our room, dressed as an elf to bring milk and cookies to our children. My son was having a bad day, and it turned his day around and made him so happy. Thank you!

We have gone here three years in a row. They have great accommodations for the prices. There is a free Breakfast each morning that has a great selection. The hotel is only a half mile walk from town. It is nice to come in from the snow and sit by the fireplace while looking out the window at the beautiful snow covered mountains. We were there in January and all the Christmas lights and decorations are still up all over town and the hotel. It is great for those who want a bit of an extension on the holidays. Our two kids loved it and enjoyed their small game room in the entrance.

Invited to stay here over the summer of 2021 with my friends and enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, staff was responsive, polite and following Covid protocols. The interior and exterior was very cleanly. The pool area was relaxing and the complimentary breakfast had the right amount of options (although some of us did wish there was bacon). Parking was easy, we didn't worry about leaving anything outside but always best to be cautious and not leave any valuables in a vehicle anywhere. Conveniently located downtown which allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot and take a 10-15 min walk to all of the shops and attractions. Booked another stay + spa package for my upcoming trip!

We really enjoyed the stay at Icicle Village Resort. The staff was great. We stayed for four days. Even though they are not cleaning that people are staying for an extended time, the staff made sure we had enough towels and fresh bedding. Of course we had to change our own bedding. The breakfast were very good. Something different each day.Because we were there after the Labor Day holiday, there was hardly any folks staying. We were there for our Anniversary which made it even more wonderful.

This is by far my favorite place to stay when in Leavenworth. It is conveniently about 15 min walking trip to Downtown and the views are AMAZING! The resort was very clean and felt so cozy. Our kiddos loved the little train in the dinning area. The breakfast was DELICIOUS, I loved the diversity of food. I wish I could've stayed longer but this resort has become my place to go to.

We came here for a not so fun couple day trip. We decided to stay overnight because of how emotional this trip would be. The staff here are wonderful. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, their food, entertainment here on the property, everything was great! Will definitely be coming back.

Stayed here for my son's wedding in a condo room and it was fabulous! The grounds are beautiful, all staff that I encountered were so friendly and helpful and the restaurant has amazing food, not to mention the free breakfast every morning.Easy walk to town and 2 wonderful pools to cool off in and relax.

We booked last minute for Oktoberfest for one night. The property is a bit older, but well kept. The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. The grounds have all kinds of fun things to do and the staff was courteous. Breakfast is complimentary and offers more than a typical hotel breakfast. The town is super fun with lots of shops and outdoor activities as well.

We loved our stay in Icicle Village Resort. The rooms are average to hotels in this class. The service was very nice. The place has a restaurant and bar on the premises by the lobby. There is game room that our kids found great for playing and hanging out. The kids also enjoyed outdoor pool and hot tub that were warm to enjoy in winter. It’s very near by to the rollercoaster 🎢 and it is walking distance to town but keep in mind that it is still good 10/15 minutes. The views around hotel are beautiful.

Great stay. We stayed in the condos. They let us check in early.Had a few issues but they got resolved rather fast Great free breakfast! Hot tub and pools are nice. I like that they text you once you arrive. And you are able to text questions or concerns with a response in a timely matter

My wife booked this weekend for us as a birthday gift for me, and it was perfect! The free breakfast buffet was amazing! Dinner at the Resort Restaurant was delicious as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We came home completely refreshed. We can't wait to go back with our kids!

I stayed in the Schumann suite with jetted tub and it was worth every penny! This is the first trip I’ve been on in a long time where nothing was bad about it. The room? Spotless and cozy. The breakfast? Free and up to par with breakfast diners. The staff? So friendly, they remembered my name and helped me find a perfect spot to propose. Thank you for making my stay literally perfect!

Super cozy resort with comfy beds and beautiful views. We spent our anniversary trip here. I like that it's more on the outskirts of the town, it's a bit more of a walk/drive, but was so peacefully quiet and we heard no road noise. The golf course was also super fun! The restaurant and spa that are adjacent are also really great!

We stayed at the Adams one bedroom condo and loved everything about it. The bedroom has a giant jacuzzi, big enough for two, which was so good after hiking. Breakfast at the hotel is included with the stay which I also appreciated. I am on vacation right? Kitchen has ample supplies and the washer and dryer make it easy to stay more than a day without over packing.Looking forward to coming in the summer and float down the river .I would encourage weekday visits because the town is busy on the weekends.

The welcome desk was friendly and attentive. The location of the resort is by default, amazing with a great view of the mountains. About a 15-20 minute walk to the main part of Leavenworth, they also offer bikes to rent out in addition to a mini-gold course. The elevator closets to our room was out of service when we arrived late at night but the desk manager was very apologetic about that. The room comes with a mini-fridge, microwave and basic amenities. The room was also very clean and it felt safe to walk around the hotel at night. A con to this hotel is it does feel a little cheap/outdated, thin walls and bumpy elevator rides, however we would consider staying here again. If you purchase a ticket in advance, the adventure park is right across the way from the resort.

Great stay for business and pleasure. The swimming pool was fun. Breakfast was decent. Location is a little walk to the main downtown area but you can also drive. Rates are reasonable and rooms are very nice with views.

The rooms are typical hotel style. Room felt spacious very nice bed and climate control was excellent. Location is nice Leavenworth is a small village and the resort is less than a 10 minute walk. They also offer free of charge the use of two wheeled leg powered vehicles. Breakfast is fine with a reasonable variety. Overall a nice place to rest for your Leavenworth adventure

We had a great stay at Icicle Village. Our room was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and had a fireplace. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and had everything you needed. Great location to be able to walk town.

A wonderful place to stay. The condos are amazing. The pools and hot tubs are super clean. Don’t forget to try the mini golf. The room rates are super worth. The views from the resort are scenic.

Recently stayed here for a family vacation with kids and grandparents. Had a wonderful time and felt very well taken care of at the resort. Very easy to find parking, my kids loved the game room and mini-golf, and the rooms were spacious. If you’re headed to Front street (where all the holiday lights are) it’s a bit of a walk, but we enjoyed walking there every night we went. This place absolutely gets 5 stars because I left a portable speaker in the room when we checked out and didn’t realize it until I was home. I called the resort and they immediately found it and shipped it to me. They were also extremely responsive during the check-in process and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. Would absolutely stay again in the future.

We had a mountain view from our room, and it was gorgeous. The room was nice and clean without any unpleasant odor. The pool was warm, so it was good to swim at night. I was surprised that breakfast was free - it's hard to find places that includes breakfast these days. The reason I gave four stars is because the bathroom vent wasnt working efficiently or not at all. I had to open the window for 30+ mins. I liked this place overall.

I booked a room here based off of the reviews and pictures of the property. When we got there our assigned room was right off the lobby. I was a little concerned that this might be a noisy situation. The gym was old and equipment shown in a picture was not there upon arrival and bathroom locked that was close to the gym. Restaurant had great food but terrible service. I’m sad to say I do not recommend staying here ..

Room was clean and nice, location was great, took advantage of the winery discount. Front desk staff were amazing they were super nice and even got us checked in early. Will be staying here every time we come back. Breakfast was pretty decent also!

Although pricey, this was a nice place to stay. The staff is by far one of the friendliest I've ever encountered. I appreciate that you can text the front desk back and forth to get quick answers. The location requires some walking, but you have parking which is very hard to find most of the time in Leavenworth and on busy days, you'd probably walk just as far. You can even go there before your check-in time and park as long as you let the front desk know first. The breakfast buffet includes eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, and potato squares. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the food quality, but I did appreciate the variety. Some of it was cold and some was hard. I upgraded to a fireplace room and it was okay. I probably wouldn't pay the extra expense again. For some reason our heating/cooling unit just kept kicking on cold air and none of the buttons worked nor did the display light up, so we ended up unplugging it since it was late and we didn't want to deal with staff coming to try to fix it. I really did appreciate their amenities in the room. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner all smelled nice and seemed to be better quality than most hotels. Everything was clean and tidy as well. We also ate at the restaurant and had a few preference issues with the food. My grilled cheese was overdone (charred tasting) and my boyfriend's beef stroganoff had onions that were crunchy instead of soft. I would probably stay again, but not at the price I paid.
