My name is Margie VanEden-Olsthoorn and I have been a Licensed Wedding Officiant in the Province of Ontario since 2018. Proudly serving the areas of Hamilton, Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, Burlington and even as far as Parry Sound!

Beautiful and Seamless

Margie is the sweetest woman. From the days leading up to the wedding, the rehearsal and day of, Margie put my now husband and I at ease with any concerns or questions we had during the ceremony process and picking the best type of ceremony that suits our beliefs and personalities. During the ceremony, she has a way of repeating the words to you without making it obvious or letting guests know, if you forget due to wedding nerves! We couldn’t have picked a better officiant for our special day. Thank you Margie xoxox

Margie made our day so easy!

We had an amazing day! Margie got the paper work together right away so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The ceremony was very clear and concise and exactly what we wanted. I’d recommend her to anyone!

The most incredible officiant!!!

Margie was an amazing officiant. She was incredibly kind, conversational, responsive and understanding. She made me and my now husband feel so comfortable and calm on our wedding day. It felt like we had known her for years. If you’re looking for an officiant, do yourself a favour and hire Margie. You won’t regret it!!

Absolutely Amazing!

Margie was AMAZING from start to end! She sent us so many examples of ceremonies and let us have creative freedom to create the ceremony of our dreams. She really listened to what we wanted our ceremony to be and helped us craft it going back and forth with revisions and asking questions to make it the best it could be. Day of she rolled with the day and led a great ceremony.

Margie was a great fit for us.

Margie was very understanding of our wishes to have just a simple, quick, non-religious, backyard ceremony. She was very professional, very responsive, kind, and methodical/organized. She gave us a bunch of templates from which we created our own version for our ceremony, which we really appreciated. We were able to customize our own ceremony without having to start from scratch. Margie was exactly who we needed to get 'er done. I 100% recommend Margie.

Our family & guests loved her & the ceremony!

Our family and friends all loved Margie and the ceremony that she personally crafted for us.

She was attentive, funny and especially caring to the finer details. She wanted us to have the best time possible.

Margie made our bridal party and family feel comfortable and excited at the rehearsal. And most importantly, Margie delivered a ceremony that we will remember forever.

Amazing experience with Margie!

My wife and I celebrated our small wedding with friends and family back in July, for which we had the pleasure of having Margie as our officiant. To say she was delightful is an understatement. Starting from our pre-wedding interview, she was extremely accomodating to our hectic schedules. She provide a lot of insight, options, and examples for us to choose what suited our style the best and truly make the ceremony "ours". During the ceremony, she was professional, pleasant, and we even shared some giggles and laughs with everyone attending. Months after our wedding, we were a bit worried about our marriage certificate not coming through, and she was kind enough to follow up and help us out with some info. We would definitely recommend Margie with our eyes closed!

Great presence, reassuring, compassionate

Margie was a great choice for our wedding. As all couples, we were nervous about the ceremony, the run of events, etc. Margie did a great job of settling us down, working with us to nail the contents of the ceremony, and working with us for the details of the ceremony within the space. When weather forced us to change at the last minute to another location she handled it with grace, adjusted to the new space, and directed us on how to deal with the specifics of the new location.

We were very fortunate to have Margie as the officiant for our wedding. We would recommend her to any other couple.

Margie is the one and only officiant you will want and need.

Margie was an excellent officiant and addition to our Lord of the Rings themed wedding. She is professional and compassionate. She will personalize your ceremony to your specific tastes and offers a variety of customizable templates to help a busy couple. She added in something for my partner and I that was very "us" and we really appreciated her taking the time to include something personal .She also has both short ceremony options and long ones, which we really appreciated because we were looking for something on the shorter end. Margie explained everything we needed to do to get ready for the wedding, as well as what her part would be. Her response time was prompt. She met with us on video chat as well as in person prior to the wedding. She was one of the biggest highlights to our wedding. Thank you so much, Margie for being apart of our special day. It was a pleasure to work with you.

Excellent experience with Margie and Peg!

Peg was absolutely amazing for our October 2022 wedding. Margie coordinated and Peg oversaw the rehearsal and performed the ceremony. She was so knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous.

They also sent over lots of sample ceremonies and we copy/pasted what we wanted included in ours - it was so helpful. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Margie VanEden-Olsthoorn and I am a wedding officiant licensed by the Province of Ontario and also a Minister with the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry.

I have always been interested in people's life stories and so this interest led me to create an organization called, Three Orbs. Three Orbs is all about listening to people and providing spiritual guidance when life gets tough. I am also a Master-Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy®, a meditation facilitator and a Body Memory Recall® practitioner.

I live in Dundas, Ontario with my husband of over 40 years and our cat Ruby.

Three kids, one grand daughter... we have created a full and beautiful life!!

I hope you will allow me to help you create a memorable and meaningful wedding ceremony.
