Q: What can I do if I don’t have a Navisphere account or I am having trouble logging in?
If you do not have a Navisphere account, contact usto sign up. If you have a Navisphere account and can’t remember your password or are locked out from your account, you can receive a reset email by clicking on the link on the log in page.
Q: How can I reset my Navisphere password?
- Enter your email and select “Next”.
- Select “Forgot password?”
- Enter email associated with your Navisphere account and select “Reset via Email."
- From your email, select the reset your password link. You will be redirected to a page to create a new password.
- Create a new password the meets the validation requirements.
- Complete the process by selecting "Reset Password" and proceed to log in.
Q: How can I find more information about my shipment?
Log into your Navisphere or Navisphere 2.0 account.
In Navisphere 2.0, you can access complete shipment information from the “Tracking” dropdown in the top menu. Select “Search,” then choose a shipment and view the “Order Details” page.

Q: Can I share my Navisphere order tracking number?
Yes! When logged into Navisphere 2.0, you can email tracking numbers either from your initial order confirmation or at any time using the “Order Details” page.
- If sharing from the order confirmation screen, select “Email Tracking #.”
- If sharing from the “Order Details” page, select “Share” in the “Tracking Info” section.
Both options will request an email address for the recipient(s). Share with multiple contacts by separating email addresses with a semi-colon. You will also include a custom message with the tracking number.
